Logistics Outreach Support Specialist

Location: Rosarito, Baja California

Employment Type: On-site, Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Outreach Support Specialist to strengthen our supply chain partnerships and ensure the smooth flow of logistics operations. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and engaging with logistics providers to expand our network and support end-to-end supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams to support contract negotiations, ensure compliance, and provide reliable communication channels with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from logistics and transportation partners.
• Conduct initial outreach via email and phone to build and maintain strong supply chain relationships.
• Qualify logistics providers and escalate opportunities to U.S.-based counterparts.
• Support negotiations and documentation of logistics contracts to secure reliable service capacity.
• Maintain up-to-date reports, KPIs, and dashboards in Excel to monitor logistics performance.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives.
• Consistently achieve productivity and service-level goals.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related areas involving negotiations, problem-solving, and customer/vendor communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in the logistics and supply chain field.
