This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
Every day brings new opportunities to collaborate, innovate and deliver high-value solutions to our clients. You’ll assist consultants and colleagues in the Canada Health and Benefits domain, delivering critical RFP and renewal reports that empower our clients to make informed decisions. Your work will influence the direction of health and benefit plans across borders. Responsibilities include:
- Update policy information using our internal client database tool
- Provide valuable market insights and competitive benchmarking for client benefit programs
- Deliver reports based on premiums, claims and loss ratios
- Review plan and proposal documents to create strategic plan designs using the Greater Insight System.
- Deliver timely, accurate service at defined productivity levels.
- Resolve issues and queries, document solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and support operational improvements that drive success across the team.
- Collaborate with peers at Aon to learn methodologies and best practices.
You’ll analyze healthcare product information provided by vendors and onshore consultants, reviewing plan attributes, claims and premiums to ensure accuracy and relevance.

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (including formulas, functions, pivot tables and mail merge)
- Intermediate experience with VBA Macros, SQL or Python for process automation (certification preferred)
- English proficiency at C1 level
You’ll also need advanced statistical knowledge, excellent business communication skills (both verbal and written) and the drive to take the initiative and collaborate seamlessly.
