IT Services Sales - Associate Manager
Requirements:
- Computer Science, IT, Administration, or related field

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Python developer, with experience implementing web applications
Experience:
Business Planning - Organization/Unit Level
Provides revenue and profitability figures for sales accounts. Performs market/segment analysis and identification of needs/services/solutions to assist in establishing revenue/margin targets at the unit level.
Sales Planning and Review
Assigns target accounts (TALs) identified by the Head of Service, develops customer profiles, plans accounts, and establishes revenue/margin targets by service line at the account level to develop an effective strategy that achieves account opening and revenue goals.
Market Development
Persuade clients to provide and engage with industry-wide references, analyst references, case studies, joint webinars, and joint speaking engagements. Provides information on specific events/sponsorships for corporate marketing. Creates and/or edits messaging about Infosys services and solutions as needed. Participates in events and conferences; Identify new partnerships, participate in joint partnership marketing events and conferences to drive revenue growth and increase event ROI.
Client Prospecting
With the Client: Identify appropriate contacts within the client organization. Arrange meetings with the clients in question. Set an appropriate agenda (client context and pain points, industry/competitive context, Infosys value propositions). Organize meetings and leverage generated opportunities with the help of presales, partner units, and external partners. Research and provide analysis of all key accounts to understand their needs. Develop organizational charts/structures for all key accounts.
Opportunity Identification and Qualification
Identify opportunities in the TAL and qualify them for exploitation. Create an opportunity plan for key accounts. Ensure alignment with appropriate partner units, executive sponsorships, etc., to build a strong client portfolio across the full range of services.
Proposal Development
Identify the right team (with the assistance of the Head of Service, if necessary). Identify appropriate external partners (based on suitability, market presence, internal capabilities, price, and prospect preference). Provide competitive intelligence, determine target pricing, and assist with obtaining internal approvals. Co-develop and contribute input to the model/solution, and provide the content needed to develop a winning proposal.
Negotiation and Proposal Closing
Arrange a meeting with the potential client to present the technical proposal. Analyze the commercial aspects and identify the ideal team for the meetings. Negotiate the commercial aspects, obtain the LOE/SOW, and upload the LOE/SOW to the _x000D_INORDER system to secure the award and the necessary documentation to begin the work. Negotiate collaboration agreements and pricing with external partners to obtain the best price. Effective delivery of the project for execution (if awarded).
