We’re looking for a sharp, driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This role is ideal for a leader who knows how to build winning teams, drive execution, and use data to fuel growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coach a team of outbound sales reps to hit KPIs and close deals
- Maintain and enforce accurate Salesforce usage across the team for visibility and forecasting
- Support daily execution of sales strategy, call reviews, and performance check-ins
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and training content
Who You Are:
- 3 years of outbound sales leadership experience, ideally in a KPI-driven environment
- Salesforce proficient (reporting, tracking, user management)
- Vibrant personality with excellent English communication skills
- Confident phone presence, strong tonality, and a coachable mindset
- Fast-paced, adaptable, and passionate about developing others

Pay: From $30,374.08 per month
