Your Background
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, engineering, business intelligence, or any field that fuels your curiosity and ambition.
A CPA or CIA designation is a plus—but not a deal-breaker.
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in internal audit, quality control, process mapping, business analysis, or related fields.
Exposure to a manufacturing environment—you understand how things get built and where risks can hide.

Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and frameworks that keep operations sharp and compliant.
