About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide a compliant, accurate and professional HR administration service, while supporting wider HR initiatives across the region.
What You Will Do
Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management, and compliance.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely electronic filing of all documentation.
Support with employee relations administration, including note taking at confidential meetings.
Provide first-line policy guidance and direction to managers and staff.
Track and monitor DBS checks, visa renewals, and compliance-related tasks.
Prepare and submit documentation for DSARs and reference requests.
Run ad hoc HR reports and assist with employee data cleansing.
Support HR projects aimed at improving processes, automation, and efficiency.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments.
Travel within the region may occasionally be required.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in HR and/or administration.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a process-driven approach.
Proficiency with HR systems, Excel, and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing demands.
A supportive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience within HR in the social care sector.
Knowledge of CQC and safeguarding guidelines.
Familiarity with UK employment law and equality legislation.
