This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
You will have a critical role in leading all aspects of customer support and guiding a top-performing team of coworkers. The health portfolio is diverse, spanning multiple products and services worldwide, offering you a truly global perspective. Colleagues on this team take charge of existing client relationships and ensure each delivery goes above and beyond as they establish and cultivate new client partnerships, setting the foundation for long-term success. A few of the responsibilities include:
- Deliver end-to-end benefits management solutions for a global clientele.
- Align benefit programs with corporate strategies to drive real results and elevate your influence as a leader.
- Leverage considerable purchasing power and implement systematic, structured processes that set the industry standard.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to monitor key financial and operational metrics.
- Leverage protocols from top operations worldwide and adapt them for your team.

- 12+ years of industry experience, including at least six years in people management roles.
- Shown success in multi-stakeholder, program, and portfolio management.
- History of leading large teams and inspiring change across organizations.
- Strong client management and consulting solution skills.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in business, management or a technical field is required. Additional qualifications, such as a PMP certification or an MBA (part-time or full-time), are highly desirable. Fluency in English (C1 level) is essential.
