Service Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead teams handling complex client service cases

- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to streamline processes
- Train and evaluate team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team supervision or process management
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Valid U.S. visa and SENTRI (preferred)
- Must reside in Tijuana
