You'll help shape the experience of our delivery partners and ensure we have the right supply to meet growing demand. This role focuses on the entire earner lifecycle-from onboarding to retention-and on driving improvements to boost performance and reliability.

What You'll Do
- Lead the earner lifecycle strategy: Map the full journey of delivery partners-from onboarding through to top performance. Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement and targeted support.
- Improve earner proficiency: Create and scale initiatives that help earners become more efficient and reliable. Develop and define frameworks for measuring success, and partner with Product to embed them into our platform.
- Build connected insights: Integrate data across platforms-product analytics, ops dashboards, finance systems, experimentation tools-to generate insights that drive decisions. You'll need to build the right datasets and pipelines from scratch.
- Use SQL as your power tool: You'll regularly use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets. Strong proficiency is required; a SQL test is part of the interview process.
- Enhance marketplace performance: Monitor key reliability and engagement metrics. Identify trends, diagnose issues, and lead structured problem-solving to maintain a healthy supply-demand balance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Tech, Regional Ops, and Strategy to align on priorities and drive scalable, global solutions that serve both the business and earners.
- A minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace operations, product analytics, strategy, consulting, or similar roles in tech, logistics, or fast-paced operational environments.
- Strong SQL skills: Ability to write complex queries independently to work with large, diverse datasets.
- Experience building data systems or pipelines from scratch, and transforming data into actionable business insights.
- A strategic thinker who also delivers with precision. You can zoom out for long-term vision and dive into the details when needed.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills. You know how to turn data into a compelling narrative that drives action.
- Experience in a two-sided marketplace or delivery platform.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms, proficiency models, or lifecycle marketing analytics.
- Fluency in Python or experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
