Scope
Facilitate the implementation, development and dissemination of the 26 continuous improvement initiatives
Streamline production lines and reduce scrap
Follow up on plant saving projects to meet the stated objectives
Main activities
Identify opportunities for improvement
Defining and creating the site's CI Operating Agenda
Develop and implement projects
Facilitate team participation
Use continuous improvement tools and methodologies
Training and coaching on CI tools and techniques.
Measure and monitor results
Communicate results and benefits
Accountability including KPIs
Training and development of the 8D CISP methodology
Coordinate Kaizen, SMED, DMAIC to streamline production lines
Manage, administer and update the Fabriq platform
Review, analyze, and modify plant reports for corporate presentation (Albea 360)
Generate savings projects to meet plant objectives
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive company
Results-oriented
Ability to manage change
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Intermediate or advanced English
Lean Manufacturing Green or Black Belt
Microsoft Office Management (Advanced)
SAP/MES Management
