YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Support Commercial and Finance Organizations with structuring and registering commercial agreements (rebates, discounts).
- Set up commercial programs in the system, enter and maintain data (incl. update commercial conditions, pricing updates).
- Interprets and redlines rebate agreements prior to implementation / loading to rebate billing system.
- Identify system issues, enhancements and required testing for the rebate billing system.
- Prepare system set up for settlements and support accruals based on approved programs and direction from Finance.
- Support analysis and assist in resolving Commercial Agreement issues (non-existent prices, undefined products, etc.) by liaising with internal functions.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure eligibility and commercial condition maintenance.
- Manage process for rebates accruals & adjustments based on direction from Finance.
- Manage and ensure completeness of sales & invoice data for (groups of) customers within the rebate agreement Sales Data Collection and Reconciliation.
- Collect distributors, retailer and grower sales and channel inventory data for (groups of) customers.
- Manage the process for reconciliation of reported data with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Initiate approval requests to overcome various blocks (pricing, credit set up system to check orders).
- Rebate payout Liaison with Finance, Commercial and Marketing to ensure common understanding of program intent and resulting calculation.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and customers to communicate key information.
- Identifies and resolves discrepancies by interacting with various stakeholders primarily sales representatives and customers.
- Execute rebate calculations according to agreed conditions and route for approval and settlement.
- Provide final calculation of rebates for each customer to process debit or credit notes in the system.
- Review Royalty report received from customer.
- Settle customer rebates through agreed modes, ensuring 4 eye principal approval.
- Develop insights that expand overall visibility into internal and external drivers of operational efficiency.
- Understands customer expectations, timely turnaround, accuracy and maintains a high level of customer service in challenging situations.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related careers.
- At least 3 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Rebates, Finance, Accounting or Administration and incentive payments.
- Intermediate English proficiency (Preferred).
- Customer focus, strategic, results orientation, collaboration, agility, communication skills, digital mindset, teamwork and data analysis.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft office applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP (Desirable).
- Knowledge of IT systems and tools, e.g., ERP, Salesforce, Tableau.
