This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

This role is at the forefront of global compensation intelligence—partnering directly with a diverse portfolio of clients to guide, inform and elevate their compensation programs. As their trusted advisors, client success managers help them navigate our industry-leading compensation database, uncover actionable data and use our sophisticated methodologies and platform. In a world where industries are evolving rapidly and the competition for talent is fierce, your work will empower organizations to attract, retain and inspire top performers.
- Become a compensation data authority: Dive into sophisticated datasets using Excel and our innovative internal tools, redefining information into actionable insights and solutions for clients.
- Build lasting client relationships: Engage with clients regularly to ensure seamless data submissions and deliver outstanding support. You’ll be the go-to resource whenever they need guidance.
- Lead strategic projects: Collaborate on job matching and benchmarking initiatives, helping clients align their compensation with market standards and drive business success.
- Expand your influence: Partner with colleagues from across the organization, gaining exposure to teams of all levels and unlocking new learning opportunities along the way.
