Client Success Coordinator
Location: Tijuana, Baja California (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of an operations team focused on client support and case follow-up
- Coordinate internal processes and ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor case progress and maintain high quality standards
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments
- Propose improvements to optimize service workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
- Valid U.S. visa and SENTRI (preferred)
- Must reside in Tijuana
