Job Description:
The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform Business Architect will recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities to meet requirements and platform standards, while delivering business value, aligned to HPE's Sales Experience strategy and focus. This is a virtual / teleworker role. You must reside in the USA, Canada or Mexico.
How You Will Make Your Mark:
- You have a broad range of industry knowledge and experience of technology roadmaps and innovation potential across CRM platforms
- You have extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems, particularly CRM systems and platforms including SFDC
- You have Master level knowledge knowledge of Salesforce.com roadmaps and capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI offerings including Agentforce and Data Cloud
- You will build relationships across the business units with customer, partner and sales facing teams and recommend best-in-class SFDC solutions for customers and partners
- You have extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
- You have a proven track record and history of delivering innovation within CRM – SFDC with examples of supporting new technologies and practices
- You will be a critical interface with cross functional teams such as IT, vendors, marketing, business units, as well as global functions
- You have extensive experience in delivering process and operational improvements in CRM – SFDC
- You will oversee the appropriate use of customer and sales data for customer and business decisions related to SFDC CRM capabilities .
- You will provide reporting and analytics related to impact, usage and adoption
- You will support the management and execution of SFDC platform processes across multiple capabilities to meet both requirements and platform standards
- You will support the Release Management process throughout all phases from scope through delivery, validation and support
- You have proven experience presenting complex platform issues, impact and solutions at the leadership level
- You have strong presentation and communication skills and abilities
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Typically 10+ years experience.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking to identify interdependencies across processes.
- Ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts of changes.
- Focus on platform efficiency, avoiding excessive customization to preserve storage and performance.
- Skilled in managing release cycles and translating business needs into platform solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
