You'll dive deep into customer and business feedback, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and provide applicable insights that inspire strategic decisions and prioritization of the roadmap. Your responsibilities - what you will do
- Unleash the Power of Customer & Business Insights: Dive deep into Voice of the Customer (VOC) and CX data to uncover trends to help define capabilities, our requirements and eventual prioritization of customer and partner experience improvements.
- Craft Compelling Dashboards and Reports: Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (can perform complex functions) to highlight main projects, customer pain points, and industry trends. This will empower the CX Strategy & Governance team to set priorities and achieve our goals.
- Be the Industry Expert: Use valuable insights from CX best practices and competitive landscape analysis to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Shape Strategic Decisions: Provide applicable insights that influence prioritization, strategy, and our case development, making a tangible impact on our business.
- Link CX to Financial Success: Connect customer experience metrics to financial outcomes to demonstrate the monetary value of CX plans.
The essential - you will have
- Experienced and Driven: You are a team player with 3 or more years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Management & Reporting, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
- Analytical: You have and analytical skills combined with curious, and attitude.
- Data Enthusiast: You have a background in data analysis, visualization, and integration. You are familiar with and curious about using AI to support your work.
- Insight Translator: Ability to transform complex data into clear business concepts and applicable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, machine learning, and SQL.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluency in English; additional languages.
- Passionate About Customer Experience: Most importantly, a team player passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The preferred – you might also have
- Additional Tech Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, or Python.
- Ready to look beyond the current state and guide innovation.
