WE ARE LOOKING FOR: BILINGUAL COMMUNITY MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English at an advanced level.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for each.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and how to maximize reach.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and generate performance reports for campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory: Advanced English proficiency (C2).
  • Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms.
  • Create and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) to drive audience engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels.
  • Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to create marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and apply them to strategies.
