WE ARE LOOKING FOR: BILINGUAL COMMUNITY MANAGER
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English at an advanced level.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for each.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and how to maximize reach.
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Ability to analyze metrics and generate performance reports for campaigns.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Mandatory: Advanced English proficiency (C2).
- Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms.
- Create and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) to drive audience engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels.
- Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to create marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and apply them to strategies.
