The 3PL Manager is responsible to Plan, Coordinate and Supervise all the activities related to the Calamanda and reverse logistics finished goods warehouses within the organization (MARS) and 3PL

This position is the owner of the continuity of the operation, conflict /WOW alignment with the 3PL and guarantee the financial $/ton spend of the sites.

This position will create the long-term transformation strategy of the site and continually evaluate and improve service and costs of MX PN modern trade network. This will be accomplished through building and developing an effective team, network evaluations, systems integration, conflict management and process improvements, as well as developing analytical and technical skills.

The 3Pl Manager will work with peers in Customer Service, Supply Planning, Transportation, MGS, Quality, manufacturing and S&F to meet customer requirements while keeping expenditure within plan.

3PL Manager will effectively partner with the operation 3PL to ensure processes are correctly executed and adherence to process is in place. Will also work with them to create productivity projects to reduce cost and improve service levels.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related studies.
• Advanced English
• 2+ years management experience - leading a department through collaboration with suppliers and internal colleagues
• 3+ experience in related areas, such as supply chain, logistics, transportation and impo/expo
• Financial mindset - Experience in building P&L’s, Forecast.
• Possesses an analytical understanding of the value and impact of information (managing and reporting data effectively)
• Proven experience leading and developing a high performing team
• Proactive, problem solving, team building and time management

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Deliver Annual Cost results
• Accountable for 50% of S&H financial results for MX PN
• Create & deliver service and refusals base targets
• Deliver and Lead DIB initiatives (360° partnership) – 6.5% YOY
• Deliver Business service levels
• Owns the WH footprint development, route to market, operation and service optimization
• Ensuring 3PL performance meets the requirements of SLAs in MX markets
• Manage and achieve targeted cost and service KPI, objectives for the WH. This will include contract negotiations, system technologies, process improvements, and organizational changes
• Lead, analyze, and evaluate WH options that will support business growth
• Includes all internal and external WH options
• Creates standard operating procedures within our distribution network and supervises these procedures are implemented
• Leads the DIB WH /GOCS excellence and transformational network projects
• Development of team and talent pipeline
• Engage, coach and inspire team with a visible leadership approach
• Develop successor and drive discipline around development plans
• Guide the day to day activities of the team and oversee the implementation of all strategies focuses on Do It Best
• Develops technical and analytical skills in the team.
