Role:
Provides day-to-day technical and administrative support for logistics staff and activities.
What the candidate will do:
- Provides day-to-day technical and administrative support for logistics staff and activities.
- Tracking and reporting on activities, costs and expenditures for all transportation modes
- Verifying documents and checklists are accurate and complete.
- Notifying departments of shipping or receiving schedules and of any logistics problems
- Maintaining records of all shipments and invoices using an established system.
Education Required:
- Completed University Degree related to a Supply Chain field of choice
- English Conversational Intermediate

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Knowledge in design, implementation, and evaluation of standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with regulations and industry standards applicable to daily and strategic operations.
- Ability to adjust SOPs according to organizational or regulatory changes.
- Ability to ensure compliance and operational efficiency through SOPs.
Precision and Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of tools and methods for information verification and quality control.
- Ability to identify errors and assess their operational impact.
- Ability to work with detailed information accurately and reliably.
- Intermediate Excel handling
Analytical Thinking
- Knowledge of organizational analysis techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and inventory system management
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to support others in the use of analytical tools.
Import/Export in Manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of import and export regulations (especially U.S. Customs).
- Familiarity with required documentation, letters of credit, and international insurance.
- General understanding of the process of international trade in goods.
Logistics Management
- Basic knowledge of processes related to some of these areas: logistics, customs, import and export
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
- Ability to document and use information sources on logistics management.
