FUNCTIONS OR TASKS:
- Work closely with Carriers and Freight Forwarders
- Schedule daily shipments
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates
- Create Load information in the system
- Maintain daily reports
- Establish good relationship with carriers
- Communicate efficiently and timely
- Fluent English
- Work closely with buying and shipping team
- Collect billing information from carriers
- Report any exceptions
- Microsoft office advanced
- Any other tasks as assigned
