The Opportunity
This position is responsible for the execution of Professional Compensation Core Processes such as: Job Evaluation and Job Offer Letters.
Your Impact
As TR Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Perform Job Evaluation for L01-L07 positions according to business needs.
- Perform Job Offer letter process according to business needs.
- Perform data cleaning focus on TR rules
- Support on continuous improvement projects for TR Professional Compensation team
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor Degree (Finance or Business Administration or related with applicable work experience)
Experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).
- Experience of 1 year or less
- Advanced level of Excel
- Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data
- Ability to do market analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.
- Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration with multiculture teams and vendors
