Territory Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that creates competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.
- Develops and maintains sales strategy within territory to maximize success and effectiveness to meet growth initiatives/targets through End User channels.
- Manages overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that creates competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.
- Collaborates with both internal and customers for timely and accurate completion of quotations, projects, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals.
- General understanding and knowledge of the products or services that Static Selling Solutions (SSS) provides and how they relate to overall operations and customers.
- Responsible for supporting the SSS national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets on an annual basis.
- Responsible to internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals and directives as agreed in an efficient and positive manner.
- Maintains good housekeeping standards and practices safety daily utilizing appropriate protective gear and adheres to Company procedures.
- Timely reporting on progress through C4C in program bookings must be made by incumbent.
- Must strive to be punctual and maintain a high standard of attendance in the job.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree and/or equivalent experience, plus 5-7 years of experience in technical sales.
- Preferred to have experience selling Sealing or Power
- Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.
- Must have knowledge pertaining to Simple and Combined Cycle Power Plant operation, or be willing to learn applications of metal, fabric and rubber expansion joints in Gas Turbine, Coal, Chemical, Refinery plants and General Industries.
- Advanced communication skill in English Language.
- Must be internally motivated to succeed in the assigned Territory.
- Strong Communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to accept and manage change
- Must have Good Communication Skills and be able to influence people with facts and persuasive skills.
- Travel required 75% or exceeding
