Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead and support key initiatives related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Integrations within our global technology environment.
This role is critical to the successful integration of acquired companies into Argano’s Microsoft-centric infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented leader who can manage cross-functional projects, understand technical dependencies, and communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- M&A Technology Integration:
Lead and coordinate IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities with a focus on Microsoft tenant consolidation and application landscape alignment.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Oversight:
Manage projects involving Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams, including their integration with downstream systems.
- Downstream Systems Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to align and integrate acquired companies into Argano’s Tech Platform (Salesforce CRM, Dynamics 365, Oracle HCM, Oracle EDM, Power BI, and Microsoft Data Lake) as part of organizational migrations.
- Data Analysis & Migration Support:
Analyze complex Excel workbooks to support user and license mapping, security model reconciliation, and tenant migration planning.
- Infrastructure & Security Oversight:
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure SOC 2 controls are upheld and Technology governance requirements are met throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Reporting & Communication:
Create and maintain high-quality executive summaries, dashboards, RAID logs, and status reports for SteerCo’s and leadership teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as liaison between business units, Technology teams, vendors, and newly acquired entities to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in enterprise transformation projects.
- Deep experience in Microsoft 365 tenant environments, including licensing, identity, and application integration.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure, cloud identity models, and IT security principles (e.g., SOC 2 Type 2 compliance).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, cross-tab reporting, large dataset analysis).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite and SteerCo’s.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

- PMP Certification / SCRUM Master Certification
- Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones.
- High-level technical knowledge of general applications, lifecycle, and integrations
- Exposure to identity consolidation (Azure AD, Entra ID) and license unification strategies.
- Ability to map end-to-end system dependencies across cloud SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar.
