- Required Skills:
· University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
· 1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment
· Very good command of English
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work cross functionally with development and applications engineering and sales staff
· Ability to learn quickly and teach others
· Motivated by solving problems and helping others
· Competent in Windows systems, MS Office tools and other systems will be an advantage
· Experience in M2M telematics would be a competitive advantage
Responsibilities:
· Technical Support Engineer for the company of fuel level products. Candidate should possess a broad technical knowledge of electronics and radio electronics.
. Candidate should be experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution.
· Provide technical responses to product questions. Support is delivered by email and telephone.
· Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
· Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
· Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues
· Reports and direct subordination to the Regional Manager in Mexico.
Basic conditions:
· Full training
· Office located in Mexico City (Coyoacan area) Preferably who lives in the area.
· Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM (officially), exceptionally on weekends
· Salary level for a Junior position exclusively to be discussed with successful candidate depending on experience, abilities
. Willing to travel frequently for working purposes
