Responsibilities:
- Regularly examine the status of all systems and software in use and reacts in a timely manner to all possible problems or customers compliance
- Run regular checks on all systems and software in use by the company
- Monitor all communication channels for customer queries.
- Accept and check all cases submitted by customers.
- In case you are not able to resolve an issue you are responsible for the escalation to the appropriate administrator and for all communication with the customer until the problem is resolved.
- Administer the Company FAQ section and add new solutions to the solutions database.
- Answers all customers' queries about system operations and billing.
- Proactively contact customers that are wasting resources in an unproductive manner.
- In case of need, administer the software applications utilized by the company.
- In case of need, substitute the other specialists in their main duties.
- In case of need, configure and install the operation system, standard system and applied software and anti virus programs of the computer systems.
- In case of need, render methodical assistance to computer users for the solution of complicated problems.
- Record and control the status of the provided PC devices and software applications.
- Ensure the required volume of high quality and due information from the branches, enterprises and units of the management for analysis and taking effective managerial solutions.
- Be aware of the administration organization and administration structures in the branches and the entities of the company.
- Be aware of the principles of formation and movement of the information flows in Company management.
- Perform other additional tasks related to the job.
