Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Leader, you will be responsible for shaping the technical vision,
architecture, and strategic direction of our development teams. You will lead high-level
decision-making, drive best practices, and ensure that our technology aligns with business
objectives. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and leadership acumen,
emphasizing mentorship, scalability, and operational efficiency over hands-on development.
This position is ideal for a technology leader who excels in driving innovation, influencing
stakeholders, and overseeing complex engineering projects while ensuring compliance with
industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and oversee the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business
goals.
● Lead architectural design and high-level technical decision-making to drive scalability,
performance, and security.
● Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering leads and senior
developers.
● Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality
assurance processes.
● Collaborate closely with executives, product managers, and cross-functional teams to
drive technology initiatives.
● Oversee system reliability, infrastructure, and cloud strategy to support high-availability
applications.
● Guide the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation strategies to
optimize development efficiency.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and documentation
standards.
● Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on
the organization.
Requirements
Must-Have:
● 15+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
● Proven track record of leading engineering teams and shaping technical strategy in
fast-paced environments.
● Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks such as NestJS or Angular.
● Deep experience with AWS technologies (DynamoDB, Aurora, PostgreSQL, etc.).
● Strong architectural background in designing scalable and high-performance
distributed systems.
● Proficiency in containerization, virtualization, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
● Advanced knowledge of security best practices, compliance, and data protection
standards.
● Experience leading agile development processes, fostering a culture of innovation and
collaboration.
● Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and
business leaders.
