The Tax Analyst ensures timely compliance with local tax obligations, as well as supports the correct determination of taxes and audit processes, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and optimizing tax risks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns (income tax, VAT, IEPS, etc.).
- Follow up on requirements and audits from the SAT (Tax Administration Service) or other authorities.
- Validate tax-accounting reconciliations.
- Assist in the determination and calculation of provisional payments and deferred taxes.
- Import Customs Documents.
- Review of VAT Creditable and Transferred VAT records.
- Preparation of VAT, Creditable, Transferred, and Withheld VAT work papers.
- Preparation of work papers for the filing of the DIOT
- Reconcile cash flows of accounts payable of the Group companies.
- Review import pedimentos
- Request and review vouchers and CFDI of the Group's companies.
- Prepare work paper for the Informative Declaration of Operations with Third Parties of the Group's companies.
- Tax VAT Binding
- Dockage of Accounting VAT
- Elaboration of the Economy Report
- Support to solve requirements
- Elaboration of working papers for Tax Report- Comply with policies, procedures and quality management system.
- Comply with security policies and procedures
Requisitos
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in tax matters, preferably in a multinational company or accounting firm (Big Four is a plus). Interships also is acceptable
- Experience with tax platforms (SAT, DECLARASAT, etc.)
- Proficient English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the accounting area
- Knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS)
- Knowledge of QAD software Experience and updating in commercial matters
- Updated Mexican tax legislation.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Advanced English
