We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Ensenada, Mexico. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for staff positions, indirect labor, and production workers supporting our manufacturing operations.
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the face of Fender's talent acquisition efforts, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent that embodies our passion for music and excellence in craftsmanship. You will manage high-volume recruiting activities while ensuring every candidate experiences the creativity and collaborative spirit that defines Fender.
Essential Functions:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for production workers, indirect labor, internships and staff positions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, job fairs, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-volume manufacturing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop position requirements.
- Screen and interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for staff, indirect labor, and production worker positions across multiple departments and shifts.
- Manage high-volume interview calendars, accommodating production schedules and operational needs.
- Initiate and manage background check processes for all staff, indirect labor, and production positions.
- Coordinate drug screening and medical examinations required for manufacturing roles.
- Conduct thorough reference checks for staff positions, contacting previous supervisors.
- Prepare comprehensive offer packages for staff positions, including salary, benefits, and start date details.
- Deliver verbal and written offers to candidates for all position levels.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law compliance.
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Preferred:
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or ATS platforms.
- Experience recruiting for production, manufacturing, or technical roles.
- Familiarity with Mexican labor regulations and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of social media recruiting platforms and digital sourcing techniques.
