We are currently searching for a Tableau Support:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports (not development).
- Optimize and debug complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Enhance performance and usability of existing dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in dashboards and reports.
- Provide training and assistance to end-users on Tableau.
- Stay updated with trends in SQL and data visualization.
- Use Databricks for analytics tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in Tableau support (not dashboard creation).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Excellent data visualization understanding with Tableau.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
Desired:
- Experience with Databricks.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Certifications in Tableau or SQL are a plus.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
