Experience
· 3-5 years of Management experience
· 10+ years working in a Supply Chain role, including buying, sourcing or logistics
· Demonstrated history of saving on material costs annually
· Experience working collaboratively with Manufacturing associates to solve problems and drive improvements
· 3-5 years of Lean Manufacturing experience, including tools like Daily Management and Problem Solving
