KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize materials management software and ERP systems to track and manage inventory and procurement activities.
- Execute Transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
- Actively manage relationships with suppliers & Other regional distributions centre & planning team
- Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
- Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLC
- Detailed involvement in transition execution
- Create the monthly Supply / Inventory Plans
- Attending SIOP Supply Review Meetings
- Attending Other SIOP meetings
- Deputising for the Supply/Inventory Planning Supervisor/Manager in presenting Supply Plans and Scenarios in the SIOP Supply Review meetings
- Owning KPI's for supply - OTFP, Past Due, Site Inventory, MPS Load & Schedule Adherence
- Identify material related issues and work with procurement to resolve material constraints
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in materials management and supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in materials management software and ERP systems. (Sap knowledge)
- Experience in inventory management and procurement processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Advanced English written and verbal
