Sr Manager, Operations All Inclusive
- Tomar decisiones basadas en análisis y mejores prácticas que favorezcan el desempeño financiero y operativo de las propiedades All Inclusive, considerando su modelo particular de negocio y experiencia integral del huésped.
- Brindar soporte, acompañamiento y formación continua a los equipos de los hoteles, promoviendo el uso efectivo de las herramientas, programas y servicios que ofrece WHR, generando así mayor adopción, compromiso y resultados sostenibles.
- Liderar la implementación del programa Wyndham Rewards en los hoteles All Inclusive, asegurando el conocimiento, compromiso y desempeño alineado con las metas establecidas.
- Construir vínculos de confianza con franquiciatarios, gerentes generales y equipos de WHR, actuando como un embajador de la cultura Wyndham y promoviendo un entorno de colaboración, respeto y excelencia.
- Ejecutar auditorías de estándares de calidad (QA) en las propiedades asignadas por la Dirección Regional de Operaciones, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y el fortalecimiento continuo de la propuesta de valor de la marca.
- Ser un referente profesional para propietarios y gerentes generales, fomentando la permanencia y fidelización de los hoteles dentro del sistema WHR.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y efectivas con los franquiciatarios y equipos de liderazgo de los hoteles, actuando como socio estratégico y referente operativo.
- Estudios a nivel Licenciatura
- Nivel avanzado de inglés
- En posiciones similares no menor a 5 años / Gerente General de Hotel o Gerente de Operaciones
- Experiencia preferentemente en Hoteles de Cadena Internacional
- Conocimiento avanzado en Sistemas de distribución (plataformas de ventas de hoteles) & Estrategias de Revenue para hoteles AI
- Manejo de Sistema de Opera | Opera Cloud PMS
- Conocimiento y uso intermedio en Sistemas de la Industria como STR y TravelClick
