WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Ensure that the company's accounting records are captured correctly and in the corresponding fiscal period.
The Finance analyst will have a direct impact on our business group, responsible for:
- AP
- Intercompany transactions
- Fixed asset
- Review and ensure that accounting documentation complies with tax requirements
- Register accounting information
- Follow up and solve accounting discrepancies problems
- Maintain updated accounting information in the system
- Prepare monthly accounting reports
- Carry out monthly and annual closing processes ensuring that the information is correct
- Attend external audits
- Maintain documentation according to the standards of the finance department
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting.
English level: Desirable Advances
Experience in:
Desirable at least 3 Years in AP, Fixed asset, Preparation at Month End and Intercompany transactions.
Desirable 3 Years in Capture of Accounting Records
Desirable knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Excel, SAP FICO
