JR-202514933 Sr. Controls Manufacturing & Safety AMR
Responsibilities:
- New program implementation/execution (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff)
- Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement
- Staying abreast of new controls technologies (PLC, HMI, networks, robot, vision)of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts
- Managing deliveries to program timing milestones
- Providing project report outs to senior management
- Existing program/site support (troubleshooting, etc.)
- Providing technical direction to less experienced controls engineers.
- Designing and troubleshooting of electrical controls systems
- Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology
Required Skills:
- Education: Mechatronics, Electrical, Control and Automation Engineering / Master's Degree in Electronics
- English: Advanced Intermediate (Conversational)
- Experience: 2 years in programming
- Software: TIA Portal, Servomotors, Knowledge of SICK programming and/or configuration for safety & PLC Siemens.
- Availability to travel
