Objective: Responsible for developing Vehicle Program Quality Plan which includes all metrics of Voice of Customer (VOC), Initial, Long Term and Design Quality. Also responsible for monitoring progress to meet quality goals through common global process assessments, facilitating rapid containment of issues, installation of countermeasures and Leadership concerns, if required, to ensure Quality targets are on track. A considerable amount of creativity and initiative is necessary, as well as a high level of independent discernment.
Responsabilities:
- Partner with AMR Director to drive the appropriate priorities and discipline in the organization.
- Lead Program Quality and Readiness Reviews (PQRR’s) to verify that critical work meets the customer’s requirements, and are completed on time with integrity; assure there is a high level of awareness of the risk potential of non-green work and provide guidance on whether to proceed or not proceed decisions.
- Initiate target setting early in the VDP and lead Quality Councils in order to monitor status and drive VOC input (APEAL, IQS, and specific regional concerns) in to future programs
- Facilitate Quality Wall Review at PPO/Integration Vehicle Build
- Ensure Quality Assessment is performed and all issues are contained/resolved
- Manage Captured Test Fleet and drive all issues to be contained/resolved
- Prepare Program updates for Product Development Quality Leadership
Required Skills:
- Education: Engineer, Administration or related
- English: Advanced Intermediate (Conversational)
- Experience: 2 years in k nowledge of electronics and automation, knowledge of mechanics manufacturing processes
- Software: Norma ISO 12100:2010, ANSI/RIA R15.08-1-2020, ANSI/CAN/UL 3100:2024, ISO 13849-1:2023 y UL 50E.
- Availability to travel
