We are looking for a Sr Account Executive to join our International Customer Success Analytics team. As Sr Account Executive, you will have to act as a delivery focal point for medium/large clients, developing presentations and analyses, seeking to provide actionable insights and recommendations according to the Client's strategy/goals. In addition, you will support the team leader in managing the work routine, identifying opportunities for growth in the client's investment in line with the development of the account.

Responsibilities
- Masters storytelling and play an analytical reference role within the team, anticipating potential risks in relation to the account and signal the manager/associated manager with possible solutions
- Develop and / or fine tune analysis guaranteeing assertiveness to the client needs / briefing, looking for business opportunities and knowing the customer's history (categories, brands, performance, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of NielsenIQ's Practice Areas services, and their use/application for Clients, being able to generate integrated analyses
- Participate in highly complex internal projects (conduct methodology/training tool, participate in Thought Leadership, etc)
- Lead highly complex operational processes (Category review, coverage study process, methodological impacts, reprocessing with historical changes, etc.)
- Partnership with the Development area to work with Customers' contracts, participating in commercial processes, and revenue growth as a One NielsenIQ team
- Act as Mentor of interns and Jr executives, supporting their development (participates in all presentations, checks points, and prepare performance/book feedbacks), contributing to the development of interns
Qualifications
- Full Degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related courses)
- Experience working with Business Intelligence in the FMCG market
- Knowledge of the macroeconomic scenario
- Experience working through customer relationships
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite Package (mainly Power Point and Excel)
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI and NielsenIQ tools
- Advanced English
- Strong Communications and Analytical skills
- Aptitude for data and operational processes
- Ability to escalate issues to management to drive quick resolution
