Join us in our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Lead the strategy for standardized developer tools, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery.

What Will You Do?

Product Ownership & Tool Lifecycle Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of AI-powered and engineering efficiency tools, including GitHub Copilot, BlueOptima, and similar platforms.
  • Manage onboarding, configuration, rollout, training, usage monitoring, and feedback loops for assigned tools.
  • Maintain product backlogs and roadmaps that align with business goals and developer needs.

Developer-Centric Integration & Governance

  • Integrate tools effectively within existing development environments, including GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and IDEs.
  • Define tool adoption playbooks and standard operating procedures for onboarding/offboarding users.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, security policies, and licensing agreements.

User Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze usage data and engineering metrics to measure return on investment and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor tool performance, team efficiency, and developer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate feedback into improvements and advocacy efforts.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a bridge between engineering teams, IT, vendor partners, and tool providers.
  • Drive adoption campaigns, evangelize tools’ value, and represent the “voice of the developer.”
  • Collaborate with the DevEx team to establish critical metrics and frameworks for evaluating engineering efficiency.

How You Will Get Here

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or ITIL preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in product ownership, software tools management, or developer platform enablement.
  • Proven experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, BlueOptima, IDE extensions, and cloud-native toolchains.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, AI-powered tooling, and DevOps pipelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Competence to collaborate directly with developers and tool providers on integration and customization.
  • Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, dashboards, reporting tools) to track tool impact and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management abilities.
  • Passion for improving developer experience, removing friction, and building growing engineering cultures.

Behavioral Proficiencies

  • Understanding the developer journey with a focus on the customer.
  • Curious and adaptable with a drive to continuously improve processes and technology.
  • Collaborative and proactive, able to influence without authority.
  • Data-driven decision maker who balances innovation with compliance and practicality.
