We are currently searching for a Software Delivery Engineer (Contractor):
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect new functionality related to software delivery automation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD processes and pipelines.
- Automate and simplify various aspects of software delivery and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, code scanning, and follow best development practices.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance automation.
- Collaborate with teams to improve build pipelines and source code management systems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Linux with scripting skills in Python or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab administration (or similar tools like GitHub or Bitbucket).
- Strong understanding and experience with CI/CD automation processes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Solid AWS experience (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired:
- Familiarity with security scanning tools such as Black Duck and Checkmarx.
- Experience with container security scanning solutions.
Languages:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
