This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
Take on diverse challenges and responsibilities as you work on property damage and business interruption claims, reviewing and analyzing financial documents—P&Ls, budgets, inventory, revenues, invoices, and more. Our colleagues conduct data entry and statistical analysis to drive informed decision-making and collaborate with expert consultants to manage projects and ensure accuracy. A few responsibilities include:
- Tracking time and expenses for both client billing and internal reporting
- Processing information – compile, categorize, calculate, audit, verify information and data; always double-checking for accuracy
- Using macros in Aon’s specialized Excel report workbooks
- Using the internet for research and professional development
- Coordinating with a team of consultants to develop and manage workloads

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We want to invest in your future and help you maximize your strengths. Ideally, you will have over five years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related fields, along with a solid understanding of mathematics and accounting principles. Strong active listening skills and the ability to follow directions are important, as is a proactive mindset and excellent task prioritization. Interpersonal finesse, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to develop technical insurance knowledge will help you succeed here. Effective problem solving, using deductive and mathematical reasoning, together with exceptional oral and written communication skills, round out the qualities we value most. Additionally, English fluency at C1 level.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university; accounting degree preferred
- On track for Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Contador Público Certificado (CPC) license is preferred but not required
