As a highly skilled PowerBI, Alteryx Developer at Flix with a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and data preparation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as utilizing Alteryx for data blending and transformation. Must have extensive experience in Alteryx.
About the Role
- Develop and implement Power BI solutions to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to create user-friendly dashboards.
- Utilize Alteryx for data preparation and transformation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (Snowflake, databases, APIs, flat files) for comprehensive dashboards.
- Optimize data models with DAX and Power Query, enhancing performance and user experience.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance, managing Power BI projects from concept to deployment.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for Power BI and Alteryx while staying updated on industry best practices.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or equivalent work experience and/or education.
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization (certification preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Alteryx for data preparation and analytics required (certification preferred).
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query & data modeling in Power BI.
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL related databases for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
