Position Objective:
To plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of physical, industrial, and asset security strategies across one or more manufacturing plants. Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and international standards to safeguard personnel, facilities, and company assets.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in managing physical security programs, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, and surveillance systems.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of security professionals is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in conducting security risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Ability to analyze security trends and make informed recommendations based on industry best practices.
Experience with supply chain security programs such as CTPAT and Mexico OEA.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
