Join our fast-growing fintech as Senior Engineer, working directly with the CEO to build and scale our platform. We need a startup-minded FullStack Developer with backend focus, JavaScript/Node.js expertise, and passion for creating innovative financial solutions in Mexico's dynamic market.
Must-Have Requirements

- Proven track record building and scaling startup products from early stage to growth phase
- Expert-level JavaScript and Node.js skills with deep understanding of backend architecture
- Strong frontend skills complementing backend expertise for end-to-end feature development
- Experience handling high-traffic applications and implementing scalable system architectures
- 100% English proficiency.
Compensation Details
Salary: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 USD monthly
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems supporting fintech operations and user growth
- Work directly with CEO on product strategy, technical roadmap, and critical feature development
- Build end-to-end features from database design to user interface implementation and deployment
- Optimize application performance, implement monitoring, and ensure platform handles growth
- Mentor junior developers, establish best practices, and drive technical excellence standards
