We are searching for the best talent for Senior Analyst, Health Care Compliance in Mexico City.
Purpose:
The Senior Analyst plays a key role in ensuring compliance within our organization. Operating with a significant degree of independence, this role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting a robust Health Care Compliance (HCC) program within a designated region, market, or operational area. You will be instrumental in making sure our business activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards—covering interactions with healthcare professionals, government officials, and industry partners. This includes adherence to anti-corruption laws, off-label promotion policies, anti-kickback statutes, false claims laws, and relevant agreements or settlements. We are excited to find someone passionate about continuous process improvement and committed to implementing standard methodologies in compliance operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate governance activities such as risk assessments, management plans, data analysis, testing, monitoring, reporting, training, and policy development.
- Lead initiatives that shape both internal and external compliance environments through proactive and innovative efforts.
- Drive operational excellence by continuously seeking ways to improve processes, reduce risks, and streamline compliance activities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders across functions to promote a culture rooted in compliance and ethical behavior.
- Incorporate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Principles into daily operations, decision-making, and team goals.
- Develop and enhance an effective, locally tailored HCC program that fosters a culture of integrity.
- Support the design and implementation of internal controls to prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring our practices are always aligned with current standards.
- Establish and maintain internal systems that support compliance goals effectively.
- Manage reports and investigations related to potential misconduct, ensuring thorough evaluations and appropriate escalations according to company policies.
- Participate in on-site visits, including training and risk assessments of high-risk third-party intermediaries, to identify and address potential risks proactively.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Years of Related Experience:
A minimum of six years of experience in Health Care Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, or similar functions within the healthcare or life sciences industries.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence at various organizational levels.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate sophisticated situations with confidence.
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Consistent track record of working independently, delivering results, and managing complex projects.
- Ability to work with data, with experience in analyzing and consolidating information into relevant quantitative analyses and reports.
- Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
