The Opportunity
The role of the analyst is to support the Canadian Sales Team, providing them with insights and key metrics for effective decision-making. This includes creating PowerPoint presentations that are shared across all regions of the country. A high level of clear and efficient communication with stakeholders is required. Also requires cross-functional collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.
Your Impact
As Sales Support Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of
Generate Better Together Cup results reporting
Create and share selling expenses presentations of each zone of Canada to give more visibility about KPI´s
Generate report on expenses on product returns by Zone, District, area, banner, etc.
Search new ways of working to improve and support Canadian Team to reduce product returns
Reports of the innovation unsaleable products of Canada from the past previous years
Actively participate in sessions with the Canadian team to continually build and aligned with business needs
Who Are We Looking For?
Recent graduate from Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years).
1 year of experience in Sales, Finance, Experience
Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel.
Advance skills in Power Bi
Advanced and proficient English and both written and oral communication.
Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate.
Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies.
Proficient in creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources.
