About the role
The primary responsibility of the Regulatory Technologist is to support the execution and operation of various regulatory processes and procedures efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties within defined guidelines.
- Manage technical and customer documentation and data accurately and within tight deadlines.
- Execute tasks using established processes and structures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate responses to internal and external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.
- Liaise with RD&A, QA, and Operations for technical documentation review and document control.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to overall departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Remain flexible to meet business requirements.

Language Requirements
- Advanced English; additional languages are an advantage.

Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP and Optiva is desirable.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in a regulatory, quality, or technical documentation role.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accordingly.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks (knowledge of US and Canadian regulations is an advantage).
- Ability to identify issues in documentation or processes and escalate or resolve them appropriately.
