Job Description
This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing programs in the LATAM and NA regions supporting the regional marketing managers to deliver relevant and timely marketing and communications activities.
- Develop and execute targeted, defined and measurable regional marketing plans
- Create regional content including customer testimonials and case studies that support the regional marketing plan
- Ensure local compliance with brand guidelines; Train regions and sites to ensure appropriate brand deployment.
- Support country Agents and Distributors with Channel Marketing support and resources
- Support approved regional trade shows and other customer events ensuring alignment with Global Marketing
- Provide market intelligence from the regional perspective, including analysis and Voice of Customer input. Gather, synthesize, and provide market analysis and intelligence from the field to global Marketing including local Voice of the Customer interviews
- Participate in ad hoc requests for various initiatives, including new product launches, site openings and M&A etc.
- Direct support to the Regional Marketing Managers in LATAM and NAM to develop, execute, and evaluate strategic regional marketing plan.
- Support the planning and execution of regional industry tradeshows, workshops, and technical seminars in line with global marketing strategies.
- Drive demand generation, brand awareness, and product launch campaigns through channels such as social media, email marketing, blogs, webinars, and more.
- Support creation and localisation of local content, including customer testimonials and case studies, to support regional marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Channel Manager to deliver marketing resources and support to distributors and partners across LATAM and NAM. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to John Crane’s brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with Lead Management Specialist and local sales teams on processing marketing-generated leads within the C4C system.
Qualifications
Experience Required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic and flexible environment
- Strong planning skills with ability to plan over 1–3-year time span
- Bachelor's degree ideally in business/marketing
- Min 3 years’ Experience as a Marketing Generalist/Specialist
- Demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans, preferably in an industrial B2B environment
- Must have a high degree of written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and ideally Spanish
- Person must have the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment.
