- Partner closely with Henkel Consumer Brands’ key business stakeholders in the region, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of priorities, and impactful execution of people and culture initiatives.
- Design and implement modern people management practices, HR solutions, and strategic initiatives adapted to regional needs, while driving continuous improvement.
- Lead regional change management efforts by managing HR-related communications, engaging stakeholders, and supporting successful transformation.
- Identify key talent and high-potential employees, creating tailored development and succession plans to build long-term organizational capability.
- Drive the annual salary review process for relevant Management levels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee recruitment and succession planning for Management-level roles, recommending targeted training and development programs to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Manage organizational design projects and enhance regional talent acquisition strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Promote awareness and understanding of regional HR and business priorities, ensuring alignment and consistent execution across teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, enabling organizational change initiatives and championing transformation through people and culture.
What makes you a good fit
- Advanced conversational English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting regional or multi-country operations.
- Strong track record managing key business stakeholders and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
