DATAMARK. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting/Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key player in our recruitment process, the Recruiting Sourcer will focus on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. This role is essential in building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for researching and sourcing candidates through different channels, engaging with potential candidates, and supporting the recruiting team in creating a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a knack for networking and using advanced sourcing techniques to locate and engage talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates across various platforms and networks.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to source candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates before presenting them to hiring managers.
- Engage and communicate with candidates to build relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions.
- Maintain candidate records and track sourcing metrics for reporting purposes.
- Assist in creating and improving candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
