Recruiter

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions, including brokers, analysts, administrative staff, and support professionals.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry associations.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• At least 3+ years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• $20,000 - $25,000 pesos per month + Commissions.
• Monday-Friday 7:00 am/8:00 am to 4:00 pm/5:00 pm
