Reporting to the Quality Manager, you as a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for adapting, following and maintaining all the specifications required by our clients and standards such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001 to deliver a quality product.
About the job:
- Ensuring execution of the quality system on the production floor.
- Process control monitoring.
- Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions.
- Intervenes with customers regarding complaints and services.
- Implement and monitor quality procedures according to international standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) and company policy.
- Make proposals regarding the improvement of product quality.
- Support in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certifications.
- Coordination and administration of the work of quality auditors.
- Carry out supplier quality engineering activities (Monitoring/Inspection/Complaints).
- Control the use of external approval marks such as UL, CSA, CCC CQC, etc.)
- Develop PPAP.
- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English 90%).
- 3+ years experience as a quality engineer, process engineer or project engineer.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP).
- Proficient with Statistical tools, core tools, troubleshooting tools.
