Position: Quality and Customer Service Engineer

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Quality, Process Quality, and New Project Introduction
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel and relocate
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (Six Sigma)
- Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (8Ds, A3, PDCA, Audits)
- Proficient in Quality Systems: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan (Core Tools)
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication across all levels
- Proactive attitude, leadership, and result-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding
- Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail
